Just realized that today was the last day to file returns. Reached out to TJ Tax and Cindy was just amazing. Uploading documents was much simpler than expected. Everything went smoothly. Tax return completed and e-filed. Fabulous and impressive service. My first time with TJ Tax but certainly not the last.

I recently moved from Ontario to Quebec, a South Shore resident, and having to start over with new contacts pondered on how I was going to get my taxes done. Where would I go (what community) who would do them and, unilingual English, would I be able to communicate with the staff and obtain my documents in English. Fortunately, one day in my mailbox awaited TJ's advertising in both English and French. The office was located on the South Shore. I was optimistic! I called immediately, made an appointment, met TJ, and was absolutely thrilled with the friendly, personable, knowledgeable staff and their immediate accessibility by telephone (a rare thing these days). The timely fashion in which it was completed was remarkable and I received a very impressive presentation with a clear cut understanding of the breakdown of all pertinent information. In my transition to Quebec, my experience with TJ Tax has been the best yet surpassing every expectation. Their customer service and satisfaction exceeds 100%. I got my taxes done here for the first time for my 2019 income tax. Cindy and Tj were especially welcoming and resourceful. They really helped me understand tax credits and deductions in order with the goal to maximise tax return! Highly recommend them!
